Terms and Conditions – eLavish Aesthetics Sunderland

1. About eLavish Aesthetics

eLavish Aesthetics is a non-surgical aesthetics clinic based at 65 Blackwood Road, Sunderland, SR5 4PT. All treatments are carried out by a trained and insured practitioner offering personalised cosmetic procedures in a professional and safe environment.

By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Appointment Booking and Deposit Policy

To help manage the diary and reduce no-shows:

  • Deposit Required: All bookings require a deposit, which is deducted from the final treatment cost.

  • Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will carry over.

  • No-Shows / Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up means your deposit will be lost.

  • Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day via cash, card, or bank transfer.

3. Treatment Eligibility and Medical Disclosure

  • You must be 18 or over to receive treatment.

  • A consultation is required before your first appointment.

  • You are responsible for informing us of all medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous procedures.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we deem it unsafe.

4. Results Disclaimer

  • Every client is different. Results vary based on your skin, anatomy, and lifestyle.

  • We cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Some treatments require repeat sessions for full effect.

  • Following pre- and aftercare instructions is vital to achieve optimal results.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Aesthetic procedures may include side effects such as redness, bruising, swelling, or allergic reaction.

  • By proceeding with treatment, you accept these risks and release eLavish Aesthetics from liability where accurate disclosure was not provided.

  • All treatments are undertaken at your own risk.

6. Late Arrival Policy

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

  • In such cases, deposits may be forfeited.

7. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months and are non-transferable.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be combined.

  • Deposits may still apply when using a voucher.

8. Website Terms of Use

  • Separate verbal or written consent will always be requested before any images are used for marketing or shared on social media platforms.

11. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and apply immediately.
